If you’re looking for insider trading tips to get rich in the stock market, look no further than Colorado U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet, who has the scoop on what’s hot and what’s not.
🧐 🧐 🧐
Did @MichaelBennet just admit that he makes investments based on legislation that’s being negotiated in the Senate?

Bennet was talking about the wildly mislabeled Inflation Reduction Act, which is a reconciliation package that raises taxes on everyone making $30k and crushes the energy industry to “transition” us all from reliable fossil fuels to limited renewable energy sources.

PeakNation™ will recall that taxpayers have spent trillions and trillions of dollars subsidizing solar energy for the last seven decades, and the payoff is that it now accounts for 3% of the nation’s energy use.
Last time we checked Bennet, airplanes don’t fly on windmills. But we digress.
Bennet adopting the role of investment guru E.F. Hutton of Capitol Hill is totally at odds with his claim that he’s worked his entire career to try and convince lawmakers that profiting from insider trading should be illegal for members of Congress.
Hell, Bennet just dropped a campaign commercial making a big deal of his alleged efforts that have gotten nowhere, apparently.
In Colorado, @MichaelBennet touts what he says are efforts to ban members of Congress from stock trading.
In Washington, he touts that he won’t be making any stock trades until he knows where Sen. Sinema stands on the legislation.
It’s called hypocrisy. #copolitics #cosen pic.twitter.com/7Xx20Sls3d

PeakNation™ will also recall that fellow Colorado Democrat U.S. Sen. John Hickenlooper violated the STOCK Act by failing to report stock trades last year in accordance with the law.
Taking any kind of action against lawmakers who already violate the laws regarding stock trades? That’s not part of Bennet’s campaign pledge.
