U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet made an astonishing revelation during a drag queen-themed fundraiser held in his honor last week in claiming that he’s even more progressive than socialist Democrat Bernie Sanders.
The Colorado Democrat is supposed to be repositioning himself to the political center of the road to win the independent vote in the November election.
But instead, he’s bragging to “Laura Menorah” that his economic politics is in alignment with North Korea, China, and Cuba.
“When I say I have a progressive track record, I mean it, I’m more progressive than Bernie Sanders,” Bennet said at an Oct. 9 fundraiser featuring Jewish drag queen Laura Menorah. “In terms of our, you know, our tax code because of the profound income inequality in our country.”
Other hosts at the fundraiser included executives from various left-wing advocacy groups based in Colorado and Colorado political operative Rick Palacio, who is under investigation for corruption.

If Bennet’s answer to the economic recession and worker shortage is a welfare state, then he has completely lost touch with working Coloradans.
Bennet has seen his net worth skyrocket by millions during his time in office, and yet he’s never once volunteered to redistribute his money to progressives who prefer not to work.
