Just as conservatives were about to give up Ken Buck as a total sell-out to the establishment media, he goes and does something so spectacularly right wing that we stand and applaud as libs cry more tears.
Buck is introducing a House resolution demanding Biden’s cabinet invoke the 25th Amendment and remove that crazy old codger and crook from the office of the presidency.
But Democrats will never do it, because then Kamala Harris would be president and Dems are all racists, right?
The special counsel literally handed Republicans the evidence they need to prove Biden lacks the cognitive abilities and basic memory skills to continue as president.
Buck signaled in a Fox, yes Fox News interview that he plans to seize on that report to make his case to the House of Representatives when he introduces his resolution.
“Numerous instances were articulated in the report, and have played out in full public view, showing President Biden’s apparent cognitive decline and lack of mental stamina,” Buck told Fox News. “The societal challenges and security threats our country faces are innumerable and require a chief executive with both strong mental and physical faculties. The time has come for the vice president and the Cabinet to put our country first and move forward on invoking the 25th Amendment.”
It’s interesting that Buck opposed impeaching Biden out of frustration at the tit-for-tat games being played in Washington without clear and convincing evidence.
The 25th Amendment has never been used, and requires the consent of the vice president.

Biden would have the opportunity to challenge his removal by writing to Congress that he is fit to serve. Cabinet members calling for his removal would then have four days to dispute that, after which Congress would hold a vote on whether to remove him.
A strong vice president with half a brain and some political common sense would have already instigated such a plot after the first 10 times the president called a world leader by the wrong name.
It just goes to show Biden was still on his game when he selected Kamala Harris to be his running mate.
