Happy Halloween, PeakNation™. This year is looking extra terrifying for Democrats in Colorado. Republicans in Colorado are continuing to outpace Democrats in ballot returns, maintaining their lead with ballots returned as of this morning. The Secretary of State’s office reported that 1,149,775 ballots have been cast. Here’s the breakdown:
Statewide:
D: 371,190 (32.3%)
R: 475,600 (41.4%)
U: 290,600 (25.3%)
Below are the ballot returns for Jefferson and Arapahoe Counties – two of the most watched counties in the country.
Jefferson County (Total: 153,556)
D: 49,217 (32.1%)
R: 60,372 (39.3%)
U: 42,507 (27.7%)
Arapahoe County (Total: 130,214)
D: 43,071 (33.1%)
R: 53,669 (41.2%)
U: 32,295 (24.8%)

I was hoping voter turnout as a percent of registered voters would be included in this data.
The numbers are beginning to get a little thinner, but for the election being just a few days out, having more than a 5% return vs. Republican and Democrat is quite interesting.
