On the bright side, Democrat leaders aren’t telling old people they have a duty to die like former Gov. Dick Lamm once infamously suggested.
On the flip side, Gov. Polis is taking full advantage of the emergency powers he has at his disposal.
Which brings us to this reminder.
In a state of emergency, Gov. Polis has the power to restrict the sale of alcohol and guns.
We’re not suggesting Coloradans mimic those tree-haters who hoard toilet paper, but you might want to pick up an extra case of beer, and check on your high-risk neighbors to see if they need a beer run as well.
