Former governor John Hickenlooper, who was recently found guilty of violating the Colorado Constitution’s ethics laws, is set to debate his primary opponent Andrew Romanoff twice this week.
Tuesday, June 9th, the two Democrats will debate on 9News starting at 6:30pm. You can watch the debate live on Channel 9 or watch the live stream on 9News’ Youtube channel here.
The following evening, on June 10th at 6:00pm, Hickenlooper and Romanoff will again go head-to-head in a debate hosted by CBS4, The Colorado Sun, and PBS12. That debate will be aired live on CBS4 and streamed on CBS4’s website.
Hickenlooper is sure to face incoming questions from the moderators and his opponent on his total disregard for the Colorado Constitution, as well as what made him decide to be the first person in Colorado history to be found in contempt by the Independent Ethics Commission.
If Hickenlooper’s previous forums with Romanoff are any indication, there are sure to be some awkward moments the next two nights.
