Russia’s Foreign Ministry is playing tit for tat and imposing mirror sanctions against the U.S. House of Representatives who are now blocked from entering the country.

The ban includes the entire Colorado House delegation, who aren’t exactly broken up over missing the dissident season in Siberia.

Interestingly, Russia’s sanctions did not include members of the U.S. Senate.

PeakNation™ will remember that august body of lawmakers led by Democrats refused to impose sanctions against Russia to head off Vladimir Putin’s invasion.

Colorado’s U.S. Sens. Michael Bennet and John Hickenlooper both voted against sanctions to deter the war, in which thousands have now died and $63 billion worth of infrastructure damage has already occurred in one of the poorest countries in Europe.

No wonder Russia didn’t bother sanctioning Bennet or Hick.
