Polis pander to Colorado livestock industry backfires spectacularly with outsourced cow

Just wait until the First Gentleman finds out that Gov. Polis has been stepping out on him by once again pretending to support Colorado’s livestock industry.

PeakNation™ will recall the governor has an on-again, off-again love affair with the First Gentleman’s animal rights agenda.

One day Polis is proclaiming his fondness for meat-free meals and writing official proclamations declaring Colorado’s support for MeatOut Day and picking fights with the livestock industry.

Next thing you know, Polis is staging photo ops with meat workers to make up for his blunder.

PeakNation™ will also fondly recall with fully bellies when the industry fired back with their own Meat-In Day.

But now it’s election season, so Polis’s fondness for faux food must take a backseat to his bogus bromance with the beef industry.

As if Colorado’s cattlemen and women will fall for it.

Polis’s didn’t even use a Colorado cow, but instead outsourced the talent for his propaganda poster.

It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

We obtained exclusive video of the governor’s meeting with his staff when they devised this plan to prop up Polis’s popularity with rural Coloradans.

Polis pretending to love our cows spawned a parody of Colorado cow appreciation posts shared by former state Senate President and current Fremont County Commissioner Kevin Grantham.

Polis’s attempt to whitewash his shameful treatment of one of the state’s leading industries, along with all the men and women who work hard to put beef on our table, has backfired once again in spectacular fashion.
